Considering the extremely hot summer we are enduring and the large percentage of senior citizens who reside in North Wildwood, it would seem to me that there should be an air conditioned area for them to go. I am well aware of the Covid 19 situation, but it would seem that there could be somewhere that could be sanitized and of course follow the mask and distance rules. We have had days with a heat index over 100 degrees. There are many seniors without the luxury of central air. I was told that the only place to get “cool” was to sit in the police lobby. Something must be done.
