Conservatives don't understand basic Economic Theory that "Demand" is far more important than "Supply" to determine the value of any product. It doesn't matter how many horse buggy whips you make, with no demand, the product is dead and nobody wants them even if you try to charge a penny. The moral of the story is that unless you reduce the "Demand" of America's insatiable hunger for mind altering subtances, the "Supply" will always be there for them regardless of the price. Anyone who has a Subtance Abuser in thier life, can prove that theory.
