Congrats to the NYPD Boardwalk Police, 13 year old boys stopped OFF the boardwalk by BWPB, asked to empty their pockets which contained candy and their cell phones. Cell phones contained the app that parents knew where they were. A patrol car was called, the boys HANDCUFFED and taken to NWPD to be "processed!"sat alone in a room for over 2 hours and were given a summons for being ON the boardwalk, $1000 FINE!! As Thomas Paine once quoted in his pamphlet, Common Sense, "These are the times that try men's souls!" Perhaps NYBWPD lost that Common Sense!
