To the Cape May spouter who says if "poor women in 3rd world countries, can't take care of their children, they shouldn't have them"...well, gee...if it were only that simple. An estimated 225 million women in developing countries would like to delay or stop childbearing, but don't have access to methods of contraception. Most of these women live in the poorest countries on earth. Most are uneducated. Women with some formal education are more likely than uneducated women to use contraception, marry later, and have fewer children.
