Can anyone find out why the owners of Marina Bay Towers do not pay someone to clean this building? The hallways, laundry rooms and trash rooms are now being cleaned by the seniors who live here. Does that sound right to anyone? Isn't there some kind of inspector for upkeep of buildings like this?
