The building rules must have changed in North Wildwood! On 22nd and New Jersey, they took down a dilapidated small structure/shed which was in the back of their home and put up an additional three story home! What a monster! No part of the old structure was kept, not even the roof. No letters were sent out explaining to their neighbors what was happening and it appears they tried to just push it through in the winter when no one was around.
