North Wildwood / Bellefonte - My family and I were on vacation in North Wildwood over the Fourth of July holiday. We went to the Crest fishing pier to watch the fireworks. While we were waiting, we overheard someone saying "She has to go to the bathroom. I am not walking back to our motel." She didn't. She dropped her child's drawers and let her child urinate on the far end of the pier. She made no attempt to clean up the mess; she thought it was funny. This is America, we have toilets and running water.
