Attention any seasonal business owner not giving your workers bonuses at the end of the season its totally unacceptable. They worked very hard enduring horrible nasty rude people but still stayed the season for you. Not giving a bonus is a slap in the face. It may have not been the best summer but it certainly wasn’t the worse. So shame on all the owners that felt the need to stiff your employees. Don’t wonder why you don’t have employees that want to work for you. I’m a true believer of karma.
