With the announced closing of Wildwood Catholic, the Archdiocese took little time to undertake the process to sell the property. It appears that a leading developer of Assisted Living Facilities is undertaking the preliminary steps towards making a bid. If the Wildwoods aren't already the retirement home for Philadelphia area government and school workers, this will make it official.
