With all of garbage our Police Officers have been going through I think it's about time the 10 to 19 steps be taken out of the contracts. We are losing good officers. If the politicians don't wake up maybe it's time for a change. I think it would be a good idea for the local politicians to riide with the young officers to see what they have to put of with.
