To all the 2nd homeowners in PA, NY, DE, and elsewhere, don’t flatter yourselves. Many of us in Cape May County have 2nd homes in Florida and other places. We are staying put here. The Cape is not equipped to handle excess people during the off season: lack of food, open take-out restaurants, doctors and hospital beds. Stay home at your main home; see you in the summer, otherwise move here permanently!!
