After 87 days of effort in taking Putin's side, Sec. of State Rubio has informed Ukraine that unless they are ready to give in to Putin and Trump , the USA is out so that Kyiv will become so weak that it will eventually lose to the Dictator. Ronald Reagan would be so proud!
