Champ here…Y’know with all these Airbnb’s & Vrbo’s saturating the Market here, one has to wonder; how that affects the Hotels/Motels that pay Hotel tax. These houses should pay Hotel/Motel tax. This isn’t Monopoly or is it? Pass Go. First hand, I’ve seen some Motels/Hotels that can’t compete. It is directly hurting the businesses that have sustained through Hurricanes and COVID. Honestly, it’s not fair to the Hotel/Motel Owners who have held onto the Dream for vacationers who have sustained that privilege and prestige. I just don’t think it’s right. They should be held accountable
