Wondering what happened to Shore Animal Control????

North Cape May - Wondering what happened to Shore Animal Control???? My family has been on the bay since Memorial Day....lots of dogs, leashed and unleashed...phone calls made, but no one shows. Lower has rules and laws, but never enforced or followed. Why bother??? I'm tired of sitting on the bay, having dogs run thru my stuff, and not one person showing up. Big signs at each entrance. Come on, officers, please do your job!!!
