North Cape May - A woman in an SUV who lives near the bay in North Cape May, and the couple teen/20 year olds with their Honda hot rod, Rosehill Parkway is not 55 mph, nor 60 or 70! It's a 25 mph speed zone. There are bus stops all along the road, kids playing, people walking their dogs, and people getting exercise walking. I'm seriously tired of them screaming down the road. Slow down please! Save yourself a ticket and maybe killing someone.
