North Cape May - Will the person in Capewoods keep their yapping dog inside or do something with it as we asked. Day and night. Our nice neighborhood has gone to the dogs. People not picking up after dogs by open space has become a dumping ground. We asked lady walking her dog not to let her dog relive itself on my lawn and she got an attitude.
