Why would any health official think the Lower Cape Senior Center

North Cape May - Why would any health official think the Lower Cape Senior Center is the ideal place to put a satellite health clinic to test for AIDS, STD's, pregnancy PAP tests, etc.? The facility was built for seniors who congregate for lunch and activities. This clinic would introduce into the building diseases that many seniors could not fight off. Stick to the clinic already established in Rio Grande for this kind of testing.
