Why has there been an unhitched trailer parked on the intersecti

North Cape May - Why has there been an unhitched trailer parked on the intersection streets of Leaming Ave. and Gordon Terrace for months? It's hazardous for children riding their bikes. Is there not a township department that checks on this? Let's not make our streets become junkyards.
