North Cape May - Why doesn’t the township charge commercial landscapers a fee to dump large amounts of debris at the recycling center? Also when I see the township employees loading mulch or soil in their trucks should be a fee. Taxpayers are paying public employees salaries and this could help offset the costs of labor. Of course when I was shoveling soil into my truck I watched a landscaping contractor take three loads wiping out the pile for the rest of us. It was loaded by township loader.
