Why can't a house on Bayridge Rd.

North Cape May - Why can't a house on Bayridge Rd. in North Cape May clean up their yard? There is a pile of branches, a boat trailer, etc., on the side and front yard. They should take some pride in their home, and others who live on that road! It's a mess, and should be cleaned up. Their vehicles don't belong in the front yard either.
