North Cape May - Who is in charge of the noise ordinances in this county? There was a mini-rave in a garage in my apartment complex April 21 and I am utterly sick of it! The children blast their techno music and, although they're having fun, they're endangering wildlife! These animals need a place to grow and live! Obey the 10 p.m. sound ordinance or I will be forced to take matters into my own hands!

Your complaint should be filed with the Lower Township Police Department. They are supposed to have enforcement powers over local ordinances.
