North Cape May - While walking along the beautiful new sidewalk on Beach Ave. in North Cape May, I have noticed on several occasions, plastic bags of dog poop that had been dropped along the curb by the dog owners. Dog poop is bad enough if the owner just leaves it there. Now, they place it in a plastic bag, which will decompose in about 500 years or more, and in this 90-degree heat the smell really packs a punch.
