North Cape May - While driving on Beach Drive Sept. 17, I had to ride behind two different bike riders that were riding in the middle of the road. I had to ride very slowly behind them until I could safely pass them. Putting a sidewalk on the bay side of the street will only make it more congested on the road. The bikers will still be in the middle of the road, with cars parked on the one side and a walking path on the other side! Leave it as is!
