If your argument is that the ambulance has professionals who are trained to save lives on board, than you can ask yourself, "How much are these professionals paid?" $21 dollars an hour? $19 dollars an hour? What would then justify the charging of $3,800 to the American taxpayer Hall cares so much about? Who is the welfare cheat?
