Where are the Lower Township Police???

North Cape May - Where are the Lower Township Police??? Golf carts are constantly at the Wawa and at Uncle Bill's. This cannot be accomplished without traveling on roads illegally. The police are constantly at Wawa how can this happen??? I'm not saying you got to write them up, but you need to inform them of the dangers of them riding on roads over 25 mph...
