North Cape May - When are the local police going to start enforcing the speed limit on Townbank Rd.? I'm getting sick and tired of people flying down the street with no repercussions! Anyone know how to make this happen? The speed limit closest to the bay is 40 mph, not 50 or 60! There are kids who live on this street and drivers flying down every day! Who do I contact for this issue?
