North Cape May - What a shame the police are unable to evict the criminals running an open-air drug market. Drug users, as we speak, have a second home in which to party and to indulge at all hours of the day and night. Now, they have opened their house to underage children and to high school students who have been given free access to the premises. That's right, these teens just walk right in and party on. Do parents know where their children are? They are here stumbling drunk and high.
