What is going on with the real estate market along the bayfront

North Cape May - What is going on with the real estate market along the bayfront where the new sidewalk was done? It appears that the market has been hot for the lesser price ranges that is supported by looking at the real estate sales in the Herald. The bayfront homes used to demand close to and above million-dollar prices 12-15 years ago. Are the increase in rentals having an impact on the homes in this location in a negative way? Is this once quaint area feeling the impact of giving freebies at the expense of the taxpaying property owners?
