North Cape May - We had to make an emergency stop on Rt. 9 heading south. A woman traveling in the car behind, several car lengths away, decided this entitled her to pull around us on the right, even though I was halfway out of the vehicle and flagging her to stop. There was a hazard in the road. Instead of stopping, she yelled verbal abuse, using terrible language, and almost hit me when I was already fully out of the vehicle. Thanks to the car behind her, who used road smarts, we were able to clear the hazard. She could not wait two minutes? She could not see the hazard, we could.
