North Cape May - We are in to the " after Memorial Day" season and I have seen many dogs, leashed and unleashed on the bay at any given time, yet there has been no siting of any animal control officers. My husband and I have both nicely mentioned to the dog owners about the rules, but I can not print what their responses have been. Step up to the plate, people. I called Shore Animal Control, but still saw no one.
