North Cape May - We all want our pets to have fun outside, however, barking has recently become more of a problem in the neighborhood. I’ve noticed my neighbor’s dogs barking excessively with no discipline from the owners. These two dogs are left outdoors for hours to bark non-stop. There is no consideration for the surrounding neighbors. The incessant barking is becoming a major problem and needs to be addressed by the owners ASAP before the township becomes involved. Every dog barks, but please bring them inside if they are barking for an unreasonable length of time. Thank you.
