When Piers Morgan stated that this is giving the very wealthy the permission to buy elections, Justice Scalia smiled and stated that is "free speech." Sorry, but how can this justice be held in high esteem? Is "buying" elections what the founding fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution?
