North Cape May - Tulsi Gabbard would certainly have been a better choice for Biden as a running mate. She clearly outclassed Harris during the nominations. Biden has gone after numbers and nothing else. He is hoping that Harris will appeal to the black vote. Neither Biden or Harris bring anything to the table for the black community.
