The township is nice enough to allow public use of the dumpster

North Cape May - The township is nice enough to allow public use of the dumpster behind the Acme. Every summer there are those who think they can just drop whatever they want around the dumpster instead of putting it in. It is now a mess up there with obvious construction debris. If it doesn't fit in there, it doesn't belong on the ground. Police should start fining these people if they witness them dumping.
