North Cape May - There was a massive traffic crash on the eastbound PA turnpike Feb. 14 around 8 a.m. This is the time of the day called "rush hour," and the combination of sun glare, a wet, slushy road, people in a hurry and many on their phones. This is what happens when drivers are not paying attention while driving. The road finally opened about 4 p.m. Now, with all the "rushing around", what was gained today? A complete waste of a work day, some to the hospital, and thousands of dollars in auto body repairs. For what? Phones and driving don't mix.
