North Cape May - There should be strict penalities for any person who spread false lies about another person and it can be proven. Deformation of character is a serious thing and has been know to cause emotional and permanent scars to its victims. Just because you have a personal grudge against someone doesn't give you the right to make up lies about them. Think before you make up lies about another person.
