There is no more nice when it comes to playing in the sandbox fo

North Cape May - There is no more nice when it comes to playing in the sandbox for jobs down here. You can have a college education and still someone who is not even remotely qualified for what you have in a degree will be given the job position. Then they want you to train that person to do that job when in the first place they just should have hired you! It makes absolutely no sense at all. And human resources has a lot to do with it as well but they always just pass the buck because they don't want to deal with it.
