North Cape May - There have been so many people walking on the road at night with dark non-reflective clothing. I've been startled several times coming up on a person that I didn't know was there until the last second. When I was in school, I remember being taught about wearing reflective clothing and light colors! Please parents, if your kids are out in the evening, better their chances of me not running them over and ask them to wear the light sweatshirt and not the black! I can't be the only person to whom this has happened. Let's keep them safe!
