North Cape May - There are two large issues that confront Lower Township going forward, now that the summer season is winding to a close. The first issue is a plan that has never existed in the last 15 years on how to manage the beaches along Beach/Shore Drive. A comprehensive dog policy was implemented, but now we have the need to relieve congestion on these narrow roads. The taxpayers should also be aware of the cost. The other issue is the flooding over the last 30 years to the homes adjacent to Cox Hall Creek by Bayshore Road. Let's move forward with a plan.
