North Cape May - . There are some people that ignore their dogs . My neighbor's dogs bark every time someone walks by their property. ( which is constantly) They seem to bark and bark at everything and anything . We have 4 dogs and when they bark they come in. I really don't know how people could be so inconsiderate of their neighbors. Please control your dogs and be good people.
