North Cape May - Thanks to the Lower Township Council for letting me use the beach in front of my house for six hours a day without being bothered by a dog when I am at the bay with my family. I pay taxes too and love animals also. You may not let your dog run loose if you live here, but every visitor does not know the local ordinances, much less care about them, and waiting three hours for the police is a waste of my day, and those individuals are wrecking it for you and the people who follow the rules. There are more of them than people who abide by the law and you can't change that.
