North Cape May - Thank you Herald for finding out what transpired on the sentencing of a local real estate lawyer. Great work on the part of the local press. I was unable to ascertain what happened with the original sentencing date of Jan. 26. The question remains as to why the delay? What is going to happen to the local real estate brokers who were partners to the mortgage scheme? Justice should be determined on the circumstances and not in context to their position as "officer of the court." All eyes should be watching June 6 for how justice is served; with a blind eye or other methods?
