North Cape May - As a teacher in Lower Township school district elementary for over 20 years I have never seen so many maintenance problems at our school. We’ve been waiting to get faucets fixed ,heating has been horrible in the classrooms this winter, lights are burnt out and take forever to get fixed. Seems we never had this problem with our old maintenance superintendent he was on the ball and getting things fixed.
