The streets in Lower are a disgrace.

North Cape May - The streets in Lower are a disgrace. I fell in a pothole two days before Thanksgiving and broke my wrist. When will the streets in Lower Township be repaired? Also, we were promised leaf pick-up. There are still large piles of leaves all over North Cape May. Someone will trip over a branch, twig, or pile of leaves that has not yet been picked up. Just where do our tax dollars go?
