North Cape May - A spouter who wrote about special needs children in daycare should be ashamed of themselves! Daycare workers should be trained and prepared to care for all children, not just those who do not have disabilities. If a child requires an aide, then per federal special education law that child will have one! Please do us all a favor and research IDEA and understand the law before you spout.
