This will result in garbage, traffic congestion, noise, and parking problems, which will overflow into residential neighborhoods. Taxpayers will be stuck paying for Public Works beach and road garbage clean-up, maybe boardwalk construction and maintenance, and police enforcement work, but get no benefits.
