North Cape May - To the spouter saying writing about my noise complaint in the opinion section of the paper isn't going to solve it: I'm pretty sure a huge reason Spout Off exists is for people to vent about annoyances. I have filed many complaints about the noise, but nothing has changed. Also, I was hoping the homeowners I complained about read Spout Off and would see my post.
