North Cape May - To the spouter complaining about the Roseanne Avenue project. Perhaps you should call Township Hall to ask why. I did and learned it had nothing to do with inconveniencing tourists. It was project related. This was a massive project that other elected officials repeatedly avoided because of its complexity. Rather than complaining about it temporarily looking like it is under construction, you should appreciate what it will do to eliminate the flooding that has plagued our neighborhood for decades. I commend Lower Township for taking on this project.
