North Cape May - To the spouter of Cape May... re: dogs where they don't belong. There are also signs at each entry way in NCM. No dogs from Memorial Day and Labor Day between the hours of 11am and 4pm. Doesn't stop people from bringing their dogs. No one enforces the law!!! Sense of entitlement.
