North Cape May - Shore Animal Control hardly answers the phone, and when they do, they don't respond or call back! The upfront cash fees they require are ridiculous. Is this legal? They are even worse than Lower Township when they ran animal control. Our animals are the ones suffering! Taxpayers deserve better than this.
